I'm currently restoring a 72 350 gs that has front drums. I recently bought a 72 centurion for the 455 and am now wondering if the front discs and related braking parts from the centurion will fit on the gs . Thanks gord
No, full size won't swap over. You can use the power trunk if the Centurion has it on your car. Everything else on the car will not work on a Skylark. I would list the car for parts here and sell everything you can to generate funds to buy the correct disc brake set-up.
thanks George, i was afraid someone would confirm this. unfortunatly the centurion has no power trunk or any options for that matter...someone did install an aftermarket air conditioning unit which looks pretty cool though. Once I get the engine, tranny and related parts, i'll be parting it out in here for sure, thanks Gord
