In Plant City, Fla. No number and no pic. Older pic showed a decent looking car that looks complete. http://tampa.craigslist.org/hil/cto/1713688553.html
MONTHS AGO, I spent an entire day trying to convince this guy his car is not really a good restoration candidate...holes everywhere where the vinyl top used to be...floors rusty, trunk rusty... for some reason he is convinced he will sell this car for his asking price. I told him he is no less than 50% unrealistic on his price. I made him, what I THOUGHT WAS REASONABLE OFFER. . . $1200...YOU decide!:
Dang Dennis, that's in better shape than the everyday non running '69 Skylark Custom you sold to 2manybuicks for a little more than $1200.uzzled:
Well Ted, in case you havent noticed the economy has changed a great deal in the past 2/3 years.... do you think ANY of the cars you currently OWN, are worth the same amount you paid for them two, maybe three years ago??? ou: :beers2: Wheelz, Tampa Bay
Yeah, we've had some major inflation in that time. It takes more to buy the same. I just noticed that at the grocery store and the gas station today.
btw Ted...are you on the road again?? and are you planning on visiting Kenny in ATL anytime this summer? I may have a one-way gig for ya! Wheelz, Tampa Bay
Hey Kenny, I need to ask you a favor and Hey There Ted! I have a rolling chassis that may be dropped off at Kennys place?? that needs to come back here... so I dunno if TED can load a Goat AND a GS chassis on the same trip??? Wheelz, Tampa Bay
