Currently having a '71 TR 455 rebuilt back to stock specs.. We had to bore 0.030, replace pistons/rings with new. Heads are currently being reassembled with new valves & rockers. New timing set, new stock cam. Crank was fine with a bit of polishing. Factory rated this engine at about 315 H.P. as new......I believe. What do they really put out as a stock unit for TQ & HP? Plans are to someday put in my '71 Skylark with a new 350-2V sticker on the breather. :Brow: This Winter I will concentrate my efforts on a stock TH400 rebuild.
