I looked at this car on Friday, the car has some mud in the fenders, the quarters were replaced not a bad job. Trunk needs replacing, no dash pad, steering column is shot, someone shredded it to get it started without a key. The gauge panel is also broken up. The interior that he claims he paid $900 is all ghetto.
Here is the best part...it has a 350 in it not a 455 as he claims. It took me 5 seconds to figure out it was a 350 as it has 6 valve cover hold downs and the large fan shroud, so I tell him he has a 350 and he says no way!!!!!!! It's a 455 as I have had it for 8 years...I said nope you have yourself a Buick 350 in there, now he is really pissed and tells me that I am an idiot, I tell him to take a look at the back of the intake and tell me what numbers are on it....so he does and he crinkles up his face and does not say a word...I asked him again..What are the numbers??? He is silent so I take a look and I say yup that is a 350 and I walked away shaking my head. I would say it might be worth $800-1,000 for some of the sheet metal.
I see that the add now claims it has a 430...???:Do No:
