Hi Guys, I am getting a clean '71 riv gs next week and I was thinking about what minor mods to do first for a little extra power and reliability. Aside from the fluid changes I was thinking about the T/A shorty headers and a new ignition system for the car. What do you recommend. thanks, Soren
I don't know about the aftermarket stuff, but this will help a lot........if you have this on yours, I'm not sure...... Run the dist. vacuum hose directly from the fitting on the front of the carb to the distributor, bypassing any valves or sensors. If you go with your stock dist. it's a good idea to have it re-curved. :bglasses:
