Has one minor crack at one top mounting area. It is still rigid there however. Really no need to repair as bolt washer head covers it. It is otherwise as clean and nice as they come. I used it on my 71 for years like this. $200 plus Shipping which will be expensive because of the size of the box required. Pleas don't buy this for a 72 as it does not have the 72 style hole for the hose strap and 71 shrouds are getting rare.
