71 gas

    is it possible if a fuel line has been disconneced for a long time and then reconected it loses its pressure? do i prime it somehow is it a different problem does anyone know?

    If you can't get fuel through the line . either the line is clogged, or the fuel pump is not functioning

    You wouldn't want the gas in the lines from a long time ago anyways. You gotta drain everything otherwise you'll end up replacing a few things worth $$.

    Old gas is bad. Like the other cody said you should drain the gas and for that matter any fluid(s) that are old or they might cause some serious damage to things that cost some money. Very vital to do this to fluids that are old, drain them and replace them with new. :TU:

    ok iwas gonna add new gas on top of it now iwont

    money does grow on trees but idont have one of them

    A good bet is there is crud in the tank, carb, or carb filter.
