I wasn't sure if i should put this here or in sparky's corner, but I was curious those of you who have aftermarket gauges, where did you wire the light bulb for your gauges to? Most guys splice into the light for the ashtray but we don't have bulbs there. I could go to the actual light switch, but i was just curious if there was an easier method. Thanks, Shawn
easiest is to connect it to the pos + on the volt gauge, if you installing one, they will come on with the ignition. or you have two dash light circuits, one that comes on like parking lights, when you turn on the switch probably a brown wire, and one through the dimmer probably a gray wire.
Thanks for the reply, the volt gauge was my next question So essentially, I can run the positive wire for the lights into the positive wire for the volt gauge? Good to know
