I have a friend looking for an early 70s to 1981 space saver tire for his trunk compatible with a Trans Am, etc. I suppose they were 14 inch but am unsure. Of course, he needs one that has never been inflated.

I believe the space saver spare was introduced for 1967 model year as an option for the Pontiac Tempest and Firebird series to cope with the small size of the Firebird trunk space. I have a 71 Pontiac Grand Prix still equipped with an inflatable space saver spare, I'll take a look and check size but I think they were 14". Henry
My neighbor has an 80-something F-bird, Jim, that I think he will be parting out. It came with one of them, said he even has the can of inflator. I'll hit him up and see if he'll sell it.
Robert thanks so much. I suppose since you are in Cal the question is price given what it will take to ship it across country.
