Yes,the 70 455 4-speed carb is pretty rare,and asking for a specific date takes some balls. My car was built the 2nd week of September/69. The correct carb for this car would have the 1989 date on it. I have an unmolested 7040243 2209 carb that will work,but I know this came from a November car. Someone bought a 1989 dated carb on here a few years back. I would like to buy that one or another one. Will buy outright or trade mine plus cash. Picture is what I am looking for.
