Anybody know of anyone that makes a 700r4 to 425 nailhead flywheel cover? The flywheel is exposed in my car and am worried about it getting damaged or dirty. I feel like I will have to get one custom made.

could always use a screen or something like that. helps a lot to cool the tranny to.

    Hi,

Maybe post a picture, but just guessing you could use a standard cover and cut and extend it the length of the adapter

    Regards,

Take a cover from each and combine the fit.
We have screen inserts in our cover to help cool things a bit.

DSC02589.JPG DSC02590.JPG DSC02591.JPG DSC02592.JPG I made my own. My intention was to modify / add on to the original ( which I did not have )
So it was a case of fabrication some pieces together. Wasn't hard just a bit fiddly. There was no way the authorities would pass my build without some sort of cover.
I made the engine / trans aluminum adapter plate also. Bendtsens kit at the time was ( is ) costly and with shipping was expensive. Made worse now with our currency exchange rate. I'm not overly happy with the adapter plate, yet to be proven until I get the vehicle to driving condition. I'm always on the lookout for a cheap used Bendtsens kit or plate only if one ever comes available.
