  1. GOODDAY BOYS,
need input on survivability of the 700r4 i placed behind my 455, it was completely rebuilt with the corvette upgrades by gm tech, engine is mostly stock with edelbrock intake and no other go fast parts, what do you think. plan on only taking out to track a handful of times.
    much appriciated input :puzzled:

If it was built properly it shouldn't be any trouble at all.

The only aftermarket parts I have in mine is the billit "super servo". I used the later model kevlar band, the "heavy" duty 7 clutch set, and the newer 4l65 rear planetary with 5 planetarys.

  3. Thanks For The Info

    GREAT NAME MIKE,
thanks for the reassurance with that, felt i covered all my bases with the swap but won''t start vehicle until this weekend. also put a B&M TRANSPAK
with new plates and bands with the corvette servo and one other upgrade recommended by my tranny guy,(nice to work at a GM dealership).
    thanks again.
    mike :TU:
