I noticed it also has the forced flow ventilation option. The studs for the upper level fans are visible in the shot of the cowl tag. There should be a switch on the radio bezel.

Jim, how extensive is the rust on the car? You mentioned the trunk and I see some rust in the quarters as well. As far as you can tell, will it need things like innerwheel wells, rockers, floorpans, cowl patch pannels? Definately a cool car, Andrew :Brow:

As I indicated it needs a complete restoration. Yes, it has some rust in the quarters, the fenders, the doors and I would have to assume the floor pans although I have not had it on a lift.

That would be the first time I have seen this option on a car and not just for sale on Ebay. Thanks for pointing that out. I did notice the studs and wondered what was the reason for them.

    Updated information

The BB trans is now verified. I do have the stage one heads which are also included. I made those changes in the first post above. The rear has the posi tag. Since it was sold orginally as a non AC car it would have been equipped with a 3.64 ratio. It is presumed that this ratio is still there as there is no evidence that the rear end has been taken apart.

To eliminate any question about the car being an original 70 stage one I have the docs coming from Wayne Roberts that contain the verifying information from the Buick factory microfische.
