don't know if this is in the proper place but i wanted everyone to have a shot at this car. it's located in canada, #'s matching, missing the grill and the top hydraulics. best part about the whole deal, he won't take less than 50,000.00 US. am i out-of-the loop on this or is this car worth the money he's asking?
Barrett-Jackson goes to people's heads. If it was nice I could see 50K, but not complete or at least partially restored...?? ou:
Here's the car. "I have a 1970 Buick GS Stage 1 convertible for sale. 455, turbo 400, 10 bolt posi, Orange exterior with white bucket/console interior. The car needs a total restoration. It has the "H" in the serial #, the paint code is SPO (One of 7 built with Special Order) and is listed in the Buick GS registry. Car is missing grill ( Have moldings and emblem ) and top cyls and motor."
I was looking at this car in the other thread. Thats ALOT of money for what you're getting  That has got to be the most desirable car for me. I would love to get my hands on a numbers matching 69 or 70 Stage 1 Convertible. Of course I wouldnt ming a GSX and or 4 spd too! :Brow: Such big dreams, such little funds ou:
