I am doing a restoration on a 1970 Skylark GS. Does anyone know the correct way to restore the front sway bar brackets that attach the sway bar to the frame? I have heard that they were simply left bare metal. I have also heard that they were painted black, silver zinc or yellow zinc plated? What is correct? Thanks, Philip
