70 Skylark Resurrection

    The project is finally underway. I've stripped the car to the bare bones & it's now waiting to get media blasted.

    The body is mostly good, some rust but not too much and not many dents, but we'll have to see once its been blasted. The biggest problem is the frame, its seems someone used car for dirt racing. The front section of the frame is tightly packed with sand, this caused corrosion like I've never seen on a frame before. Also, the frame is bent way outa shape, especially were the lower control arm bolts on.

    The car is gonna be a bit of a 'Frankenstein', atleast for a while. I've got a recently rebuilt Chevy 350 thats gonna go in there for a while until I find a Buick engine (and a Chevy body). lol
