Jan's Radio arrived today and has been converted from almost 6 Lbs to 1 Pound!

That was quick! How did you attach the buttons to the wood? And what holds the needle?

 

Botton's are attached to the plate with the Radio Numbers on it. # 8 Machine Screw & Nut as well as a thin washer for spacing.

The needle is held in by a self tapper / # 8.

 

Finally got mine completed - used epoxy for most of the fastening. I went with a new repro bezel. I am trying magnets to hold it in - you'll see why later...
