70 Hood Release Pull Rod

Hey guys, the shop unfortunately lost my hood latch /pull rod for my 70 skylark. Does anyone have a spare one laying around they are willing to sell?

I gather that all you need is the pulling rod,right?.I do have a used one.but its from a 71-73 carthe only difference is the round handle is wider,otherwise it works.But if you want to go for a 70 and a few $,I do have a 70 handle,NOS,for more,more money.Bruno.

 

Yup just the pulling rod. I don't mind it being from a 71, will there be an issue with the retaining clip or can I use the same one?

 

That would be the same,only the shape of the handle is bigger,more to grab.If you want it,send me a PM.Bruno.
