'70 Hi-Compression Pistons

    I took this part number off of one of my pistons #1231898. Does anyone out there know if this number is for a high compression piston?

    My parts book shows 1394559 as the high-comp std diameter piston.
    Collector's Auto Supply shows to have 160 of them, $46 ea.
