70 GSX for sale in my old hometown

Spotted this ad for a 1970 Buick GSX in my old hometown in Long Island:

Are they '72 door panels? And incorrect cruise and tilt levers.

 

Yes, I spotted those 72 woodgrain door panels as well. Didn't notice the levels until you mentioned it.

 

Levers are small potatoes! What about the headers, high rise, MSD? Probably the carb + Dist have been "upgraded" also.
