Since it started life as a Skylark custom, the 4 speed & BBB are obvious conversions. If it's done right i'd say it's worth the money for a fun driver.:TU:

The paint looks not so great in places, might be hiding some unseen/needed bodywork. But then again,it's a thrash toy,not a reserve bank account.:3gears:

So if its a skylark custom to start, a nice one with no rust and thats been fully restored in 350/350 and AC configuration is probably worth in the neighborhood of around 10 000.

I think hes not far off from what is reasonable PROVIDED that the car is completely rust free. It should be at a price like that.

The sloppy paint, and the tar/carpet in the trunk makes me think twice about that though.

If the engine/trans is rebuilt, thats a minimum of $7000 added to the value because thats what it would cost to put it in yourself. Add the GS hood, grille, tach, 4sp console, etc... and i think its reasonable.

    PS.

Have you seen the white car on kijiji in NB? Asking 25k, it looks real clean.

Seems like a good start. I really hate when guys spraybomb under the hood; that effort is a waste.
