Here is a nice used set of grill trim for 70 GS and Skylarks. Trim is pretty straight minus one small dent in the front piece near the middle bend. Should clean up pretty nice. Asking $65.00 plus shipping.
Looks like 2-3 dings/dents? Is the damage located on the front FACE of that long piece or is it instead on the top or bottom of side of that piece? Other than that damage is the long piece straight? (ie- it's not twisted/warped along its length) Put me in line pending answers to my questions.
The picture makes it look worse than it is. The ding pictured is on the front face of the long piece. My eye can only see the one ding which is close to the center bend. The picture makes it look like there are more, but I cant see any. Other than that, the piece is straight, and was on a grille that im not using. Also noticed upon close inspection, at the center bend, there is another short piece on the bottom side, that appears to be spot welded or something to help hold the shape of the bend. One side is loose as if the spot weld has broke. Hopefully this helps. Brandon
Brandon - I'm going to pass...ONLY BECAUSE I REALIZED I DON'T NEED THE PIECES RIGHT NOW. With the damage being on the front face of the long piece that is exactly where you want the damage to be as YOU CAN GET GOOD ACCESS TO THE BACKSIDE and the ding removal will be relatively easy. I think this is a GREAT price for these three pieces and someone's going to get a nice set. If for some reason nobody else in line buys them then I'll buy them at your price. Thanks for posting the additional info.
