Yup, it's a project. I guess w/rblt. engine/trans. not awful but in reality (sadly) probably $5-7k is what it'll take to move it and that's depending on how bad the rust is, how usable the hood is, etc. Beautiful color combo when done and PW/PDL (don't see many w/PDL) but bench seat. A losing proposition even if the car were free but we all know that's pretty common w/Buicks.
Seems like it was in an accident although the air cleaner is odd. I guess if the orig. hood got bent the right way it could've broken the scoops.
Looks like it needs a passenger fender too. Wonder if it got hit hard from the side? Would be a beautiful car all done. Looks like lots of work. Looks like rust is very present. I agree with Dano on 5-7k.
Been for sale for the last three years looks like the frame horn is bent may need a frame, and why would you state engine and transmission rebuilt with receipts and no pictures ?
