He just bought the car last week and has now put it on ebay (not that there is anything wrong with that).

I can remember years back when a triple black, bucket seat, 4 speed Stg-1 was my dream car. I had a calendar with a picture of one on it. It hung in my shop for years after it expired.

U just need to swap emblems Bob! And this is faster than a stock Stage 1.

The only person that works that fast is Tom Miller!

It might have some nasty hidden issues he just found..... or he could have purchased it cheap and trying to pickup a buck.....

He bought it as a package deal with a stage convert and some parts to flip and make a few bucks. He also has a stage hardtop for sale. All 70's.

Looks like decent driver quality .Price seems ok as well unless as one said,in person has issues.

Not a bad idea Chris, although I'm sure I have the " faster than a stock stage ! " part covered.:TU:

Even if the block was decked, couldn't you look for the vin # on the front of the block to see if it's the original motor?

Only '70 with Vin on front would be from Fremont plant .

Edit : does look to be a Z plant car .

Ryans-GSX Have fun, life is short.

If Kerry has seen the car he can give you information about it. If not I have seen the car in person myself and you can PM me your contact phone number and I can give you details about it.
