I say "Big Block" only because it's listed as a Stage car but if you look closely at the pic, there seem to be (at least I think) 455 emblems on the fenders....and a flag on the window...

If anyone is looking at doing something on this be VERY careful with the rust on the roof. There could be big problems lurking under that vinyl.

Must have been storing concrete blocks in the overhead? Couple thousand to get that fixed and the rust under the vinyl, been awhile since I've seen a SoCal car with that much rust under the vinyl top.

From the looks of the package tray, it looks like it has been taking on water for a while. I love the car though, great color combo imho. Looks good on that car. The rest of the int is in great shape.

Well if it goes for 8500 it won't be sold I emailed the owner and he said the reserve is over 10k and less than 13500 and no less!!
Too much but I really like the burnished saddle colour
    Thx Bill

I might not be too far away from it if a "test drive" is in order. :Brow:
Shoot me a PM if you want me to arrange a look-see. :TU:

I don't think this is a Stage 1 either. Not only are there 455 emblems on fenders, valve covers appear painted and there is not a Stage 1 decal on the air cleaner.

    Not a stage

Below is the reply from the ebay seller:

    Hey Dennis,
Thanks for all your very helpful info. As it
turns out you are right, it is not a Stage 1 car. Take note of my comments
on the auction site, but just a short run down.......I went myself to check
the car out last night, and to all the area's you mentioned, I confirmed
that it is NOT a Stage 1 car. It is a nice, clean GS455, but that's all it
is. Thanks again for your help and check out what I said at the auction page
and let know what you think.

    Regards, Brian:Dou:
