Hey guys its been a yr since i was hit head on in my 70 skylark custom totallying it beyond repair. I have still not found a body or complete car to start workin on. I miss it really bad i have a lot of new parts and had a lot of machine work done on my 455 but i have no car to put it in now. I am in the northern kentucky area so the closer the better but I am not scared to take a road trip. Id prefer a gs but a skylark will do body or complete car It doesnt matter as long as it is restoreable. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Dave
Mike Id love to have the car but unfortunatley funds are a little tight right now and I dont have that much to spend. All I need is a decent body. Preferably in the surrounding states of kentucky. Thanks guys.

I did. The guy had it for about 2 months, bought a bunch of parts for it and was really committed to doing it up nice. Till his uncles 70 GTO that he has always wanted came up for sale. So he called me to see if I wanted it or knew anyone that did. So I bought it back. Its funny how certain cars or girls seem to wiggle there way back into your life. I figured I try selling it again before I start another project that I dont need to be starting.

Dave what is your budjet on a car ??? I am not 100% sure I will sell this car but if we could work out a deal on it I would like to buy Mike Sobotka's GS455 I dont know what I would sell it for as of yet and I dont know what your budjet is as this is a Fair condition skylark with NO top end of motor. I bought it from a guy that was going to fix it and took the top part of the motor off then never fixed it the really good news is the core support is solid and not all rusted out (not perfect but really nice) he took the battery out when he took the engine apart. here is a link to some pics of it 1970 Buick Skylark the car is not perfect but is fairly solid I have a near perfect skylark hood and a extra 1970 GS hood if we can work a deal out I also have many parts that I could sell you that I would not need if I could work something out with Mike S. such as (original parts: tach, gauges, GS hood, GS breather, Bucket seats, console, ect, ect) as with anything it all depends on what your budjet is and what I could work out with Mike S. (if he will work with me on his price or parts trade) if you are interested PM me.
