Has common rust in the lower section but was off an Arizona car so it wasn't salt but trash and drain plug in place that caused this. Then it sat for the last few years in the yard on the ground, rest of it is very solid. The outer wheel house was rusted on the lower last 2 inches, good up to the curve about equal with the black cut line I made. Without the WH section is 125.00 or with is $175.00, shipping is extra.
