It is but it not just like that one. I believe the whole center piece in stainless and doesnt have the rubber in the center.
The stainless part can be transfered to another pedal pad. I believe Duane makes the correct pedal pads.
Yes, I do reproduce the correct one for the Buicks, with the rubber circle showing through the center of the stainless trim ring. I sell the pad only, so you need to transfer your ring to the new pad. The Chevy style has the filled in stainless circle. If you go to my website it lists the price for the part. Duane
