'70 455 stock intake needed

    You are confusing the part number which has an E on the end with the date code that is cast near it. In this case the date code sought starts with a C or a D meaning April or March 1971. In the case od Bruno's post he left off the E on the part number and indicated he had a D-17 date coded 70 intake --which means April 17, 1971.
