    Hi James,

The 1969 350-4 barrel rochester carb had 10.25:1 compression.
This had 51 cc headsabd was rated at 280hp.

The 1970 350-4 barrellrochester carb had two ratios - 9.00:1 and 10.25:1 These both had 48 cc heads. The 9.00:1 was rated at 285hp and the 10.25:1 was rated at 315hp

Check out this link on buicks.net

    http://www.buicks.net/racing/index.shtml

Go to the bottom of the page that lists the "Buick Blueprint Specifications" This will at least give you a little info your looking for.

There is tech info for a number of years/motor combinations.
