No way - that behavior, on your part, would be cruel and unusual. Maybe they don't have an Ace Hardware in the neighborhood.
If you think this guy is bad, he looks like a saint compared to this other one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Buic...f71QQitemZ280493395825QQptZUSQ5fCarsQ5fTrucks "This is the real McCoy, Just run the VIN#"
I'm not an expert on the 68-69 models, but What I noticed, and correct me if I'm wrong. #1 the spoiler. #2 is that a 69 GS hood on a 68? Oh, and on the original car this thread was started about, for the Buy it Now price, could he throw in a straight front bumper?? -Josh
They forgot to paint the bumpers, tires and engine green... Looks like a car for Al Gore ! Going Greeeeeen!
The spoiler is a Poston repro. 68-69 never had that option. Yes, that's a 69 GS hood. And although all stuff can be changed to make it look like either year the car he says is a 68 and all the stuff adds up when you look at the 68 headlight bezels, the fender vents, the grille, the dash bezel. I still have to give the nod to the green monster though. This purple one may not be misrepresented intentionally as much as the seller just not knowing. I.E. It may have a stage 1 spec motor from who knows where, and he might not know any better that in 68 it was only an over-the-counter option that was installed by dealer or buyer. A parts option if you will.
