Does anyone know what the part number for these bulbs are? They are cylindrical in shape with metal contacts on both ends and they push into the receptacle. The number on mine is "TS212-USA" I called NAPA and they have a similar one that's numbered "12-100" and it's a 5 watt lamp. I'm going to go in and compare to mine, but I thought someone here might be able to nail it down for me. Thanks Ken
Ken, I tracked down the bulbs for my 68 last year too. NAPA also had an equivalent that was 4 or 5 watts, the original p/n was not good anymore. I doubt you can get the original part # bulbs anymore. Don't know if 68/69 are the same or not, and I don't recall the NAPA #.
Make sure you get less wattage not more. I put one in and my NOS light cover with the trishield started to melt. I have a original bulb on my work shop at home I will check it also.
Thanks guys. I appreciate it. The original bulbs have no wattage on them... So I don't know what the correct wattage even is??
I checked my orig. bulb and it has the same # as you. The bulb I bought from Walmart has a 211 # on it. It was way to hot. Sorry i can not help any more. If you figure it out let me know.
I think I've read that info in one of my factory manuals. Can't answer the 2nd question though. Wait, google turned up this info: CP Watts Milliwatts Milliamps 1.5 .028 28 2.33 3.0 .056 56 4.66 6.0 .113 113 9.42
If you are talking the rear console coutesy lamps then--9427984 . Napa can give you the equivalent or if not I can.
