george i know there should be a H in the vin but doesnt BF stand for flint?

That alarm bell sure looks like one of those old service station bells that would ring when a car ran across the hose that went out to the gas pump island to let the guy inside someone was @ the pumps for a fill up!

 

FB would be a Flint car. BF is Fremont CA built.
