I emailed the seller about rust, collision damage and numbers. His reply: "The drivetrain is original and correct to the car..i believe when the paint was done it must have had lower rear quarters installed, i havent seen evidence of collision damage, and i think there probably is filler in the lower doors... common on these cars as i am sure you know... its unfortunate that when they did the paint it wasnt higher quality...any other questions let me know... thanks"

Look at the pictures. It is also missing the timing cover and all that attaches to it. I like the black color/dog dish hub cap combo .... kind of like a COPO from Chevy

Your taking a big chance with the engine. Especially with an oil pump issue. Who knows of the engine started knocking as a result. Whoever is thinking about buying this should be preapred to go through the engine and trans. Whats a rebuild on a 400 and a Muncie these days? 3500 on the engine, 900 on the gearbox? Plus a clutch? Whats it going to be worth after the smoke clears? 12k? So bid accordingly. Hope for the best, expect the worse in this case
