Sory if this is the wrong forum for this but I found a couple of Electras, what would be the parts to pull off these cars if any, if they are in good shape. 1969 BUICK ELECTRA, GREEN,2DR,7.0L,AT. Have not seen this car so I don't know the condition of the parts. 1973 BUICK ELECTRA BROWN,4DR,V8,AT. Has a 455 looks like it has sat for several years. Interior I think is originally white but it's very dirty.
Basically any part is worth while if it works and isn't deteriorated. The parts wanted section is full of posts from people like myself looking for parts.
Guess what I was getting at is there any part that is in demand, I don't have alot of storage space. If somebody is needing a part from these cars I'll check into the condition of the part and what it would cost to ship. I prob won't get to them for a couple of weeks.
The biggest in demand items are the drivetrain and possibly the rear-end. The trim is worth something as well as stuff like tilt columns and plastic lenses such as light housings.
I need the complete setup for the front disc, I have a 69 Electra with front drums. You can m call me @ 414-349-4311
I could use some stuff off the 73. Mainly the window sweeps if they're not cracked or broken. Could also use the drivers side skirt hangers if you have a dremel and are up to a little cutting.
I would purchase the following parts off the 73 Electra. Where are you located? Need: Rear posi axle. Front turn signal covers. I have one needed coming but if yours are good I need back ups. These are located under the bumpers. I need a photo to make sure they are the same, I think they are. Power trunk release complete, switch in glove box, and trunk release with wiring as far as you can get it through the trunk.
Hi. Interested in parts to Electra 1969. Speedometer with speed alert. Wiring for cruise control, lamp with fiber optic. Vacuum connector, placed on the firewall. Picture vacuum. Thanks Goran
