It's a 4 speed. New top, new interior, new everything. Goes like hell. This car belongs to a friend of mine and he is not a car guy. He has no idea whats in the 455. It is definetly built up. He knows it has less than 4000 on the rebuild. He just can't remember what the guy said was done to the motor. This is one nice car. Rides great. Drives great. $19,200.00 is the asking price, but we are open to offers. I advertised this car on this site before and was informed that it has a 70 grill on it. But it is a 72. He was at $21,200.00, so he is willing to deal. This car is like brand new. Thanks Tom
What is the price range you are trying to stay in. I saw a 70 gs 455 4 speed for sale today for 19,000. Its in portland Oregon. Don't now anything else but I remember where I saw the add.
I sent you the ad. Let me know what you find out. I thought about it but no room and low on funds. I would love to have a 70 though. I would like to find a decent 70 gs 350 for a fun driver for the summers.
every body has nice cars, but i have under 10g to spend thanks for all your help. maybe some one else mite see it here and have the money for cars that nice.
thank you for trying to help me find a 4 speed car. i found a 69 gs 400 4 speed. i was talking to a guy that has 2 69gs and told him what i was looking for. he said ,talk to this body shop (fifty miles away) they have had one sitting in the back for 5 years. the owner was going to restore it some day. i got the car for 2500.00 hope to be driving it in the spring. :3gears:
