I met a guy with a 68 Skylark that needs a rear bumper. Close to Wisconsin and rust free and strait bumper needed. Get me some prices and locations and I will tell him. I am also in need of a 66 or 67 Dodge Charger trunk lid if anyone knows where one is. Strait, rust free and close to Wisconsin would be nice.

Scott, I will check with the guy that you got the fenders from as I remember he had a 68-69 bumper for a Skylark. Are they the same? I think a yard a hour away has one too.
68 bumpers will bolt-on 69 cars and vice-versa , the only difference is the 69's have the reverse light in the middle . On the picture the 68 is on top :kodak:
That was a deal on the 68 bumper. Ten years ago or so I built a 68 and NEVER could find a good bumper. I had to weld and repair mine and it was a job and didn't look that great either. The way they slant they collected junk and rusted. Good luck finding one. Jim N.
Scott, I talked with Don and he has both 68 and 69 cores for rechroming and these are nice cores. He wants 100.00 for either one.
I got my bumpers from the parts place inc, out of Chicago. Rechromed and look good, you might want to look them up. I think you'll be happy with what you find.
i went to a local yard today in sandusky, ohio. they had a few buicks and other 60s and 70s cars. there was a 68 or 69 four door skylark car and a 67 gs body only.it was raining so i did not look at them too good. i will give you phone number 419 626 4433 the 68 or 69 looked complete,sorry but i am not up on the skylarks in 68 or 69. the 67 still had alot of parts left on it.hope this might help you. bob
