I think the frame brackets for the ball stud is sold by, among others www.yearone.com. I know they sell the 70-72

The engine will have to be tapped for the ball stud on the other side if it is not already.

If you mean the adjuster for the clutch fork you can buy a Lakewwod adjustable pivot ball from Summit.
