    GStage1 Always looking for parts!

They are wider since they do not have the side armrests to clear.

    You can not use them.

    Thanks George
At least I can salvage the Dash and the nice front clip off the car.

Is that an AC car? If so save the parts for me and George. :TU:

    I've got a/c parts in a '69 i'm parting.
Chris, if '69 rear seats are the same I have Cores....they are dry rotted at the top back. Legendary cores for sure!
    the 68 is running great!

Chris if the interior is white pearl I am looking for some material to use in a front bucket seat. If it is an AC car I am looking for the heater/AC face if it is nice. If you are looking for a 68 two door rear seat bottom I have one in black. Thanks Bill.

Bill, I know the interior in the car is white but it's really dirty, I'll try and get pics and clean it up a little. The car is a NON A/C, It does have a nice tilt column in it that I am going to sell along with a super nice dash and bezel's. I will definately need to get top and bottom rear seats in black. The car is super clean and rust free. Trunk pan is like new :TU:

Ted, I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying the 68 :beer My wife is still asking me why I sold it???? I know I'm going to regret it. If someone knows for sure if the 69 seats are the same, let me know, I think they would be.

    Chris,

From what I have been told '68 and '69 seats are the same, just different patterns on the seat covers. As you've already learned though, four door rear seats are different then two door seats. Convertible seats are also different than hardtop seats, again a little narrower.

Has your wife learned of the new plans yet? I don't want to walk into a firing squad! :beer

I have her under heavy sedation at the moment. She won't realize what's going on until sometime this spring. We just need to feed her strawberry daqueries when we unload it.

I had Hazel on a Bailey's IV when I showed her the pictures of the 68 and said "that's my new car" :TU: :)

Chris thanks for offering to check on the seat material. I am looking for enough to repair a drivers bucket seat. I have a nice dash pad and bezel's but need the AC control plate. I also need the interior door lock knobs if they are white. The front are most ofton bad but somtimes on a 4 door the back ones are good. I have most of a 68 GS/Skylark black interior with buckets in black. How is the rear bumper? I am looking for a stright one that could be redone. let me know thanks Bill.
