Does someone have an assembly manual for '68 Riviera? Chassis, whatever will show a good diagram or picture of the vacuum routing for the headlights, all the way from the storage canister under the driver's inner fender? Also need a diagram of the engine compartment wiring. I have most of the usual stuff covered but I have some ends that are a mystery and a couple missing in action.

I won't bother you with how/why I let this happen.

I can take snail mail, email, fax, or if there's an assembly manual available for the Riviera maybe I'll just spring for that. I'll check ROA.

    Thanks.

    Hi, Gary.

You are in the same "boat" as I was a year ago. Anyway, with the drawings from Phil, you should be OK.

If you need parts, check Yearone.com. The 68-69 Camaro RS uses more or less the same parts as our Riv's.
I got my actuators, vacuum rele & hose kit from yearone. Worked fine with minor modifications.
Only problem is to find the main light switch. Seems there is no reproduction of this part.
I was able to "build" a good one using the vacuum part from faulty Riv & the electrical part from a normal non vacuum 68 switch.

    Good luck, Per.

    Phil,

    You have mail.

    Per,

I have all the parts and the lights worked when I took it apart.

    Thanks.

I'd still like to find the Chassis Service Manual in either CD or book form????
