HI everyone Im new to the forum and Im really needing your help. Im in Australia, Ive just bought a 68 Buick Riviera GS. I cant find brake parts at all here. In particular I need the front brake rotors urgently and there is no one in the country that will supply them. Does anyone know if there is something I can substitute that will fit, or can be made fit??

Rotors are going to be hard to find for that one. If I were you, I'd invest in the Scarebird disc brake conversion kit, which gives you brackets to install later model GM calipers and rotors which are easier and cheaper to find.

MrQ, I have to agree with the others. Original calipers and rotors are made of unobtainium, even here in the States. A conversion will be a big help by allowing the use of more modern parts that are much easier to find for future service.
