    Well as for the lights all the wires check out and seem normal no insane resistances or anything so my last hope for that is the floor switch. Charging well I havent touched on that yet other then checking wires which all seemed good.

    Your YellowTop is fully-charged at about 13.0-13.2 volts. Please be sure to fully recharge it with a battery charger (and not your alternator) as soon as you can. At 11.78 volts, your battery is about 80% discharged. Whenever any lead-acid battery is discharged below 12.4 volts and is left sitting in that state, sulfation begins to form, which diminishes both capacity and lifespan.
