Joseph, I'm a bit confused here. 68 and 69 hood pieces are not the same. The 68 has a single hood scoop at the rear, while the 69 GS would have the 2 hood vents for true ram air. The 2 trim spears you mention would be on a 68 hood. They are on Ebay now and then, if you can't locate any here.

Reply to David Yeah the car was a 69; it had the vertical vents vs. the horizontal vents (unless it's a 68 with an identity crisis :laugh: )... Thanks again for the clarification David !
