68 GS engine question

    I am looking at a motor and trans tomorrow in a 68 gs, what engines could it have ? I think 350 400 but dont know for sure. thanks chris

    That's correct, a 68 GS is either a GS350 or GS400. It has to have those specific emblems on the fenders, and on the deck lid, below the lock. No other engine options for a 68 GS.

    Whats the compression on these motors 10.25 or less
