Overall this pad is in decent shape, certainly a good driver quality as is. It is sun faded, includes vents which are in very good condition. The pad has seperated on the Driver's side edge and a small bit on the passenger side edge. The pad is not too bad as is, no cracks in face or top of pad, and back appears to be solid with all studs and clips firmly intact. $100 plus shiping. I tried to show the areas that could use repair in the pics. I removed this last weekend from a parting out A/C optioned 1968 GS 400.
