Mr skylark thats a fair price, from what I have seen. I sure wish you were in the middle of the country I would be on the way.
If its a 4-door the front floor pans/braces and trunk area are the same as 2-doors but the rear seat floorpans/braces are different. Just wanted to let you know. Duane PS. Using original sheetmetal is definately the way to go if you can find it. I have done a couple of car floors that way.
I wil have no pix until this weekend--This was a little sudden-- I originally had a buyer-- he backed out (that never happens--right?) Anyone who wants pix can request via email at ros6872@hotmail.com. The zipcode of the 72 Skylark 4-door location is CT--06410 The car has a rebuilt 350 and a TH 350 which I am pulling probably this weekend. It is a 4-door-- so yes-- the trunk floor is the same for all A- body cars and the front 2/3 of the floor is the same for all A-bodies. Being a 4-door-- the wheeel base is 3" longer so there is actually more floor there than you need if you are going to patch rear areas of a 2-door rear. I would rather sell the whole thing at once for $350 and let you do your cutting as you like, But I will also cut sections out that you mark personally. Car has no wheels -- if it is transported-- it needs to be flatbedded. Call me after 6pm @ 203-272-7103 to discuss possible logistics-- thanks!
