Since I bought a finish painted body, I will be swapping my finished chassis underneath it.
Since it will be out, should I box the frame prior to moving under painted car? I see complex, weld in frame re-enforcing kits but I think that is too much for simple street use.

I have no idea how much frames move or if it really matters or not. This is a cruiser, street car that may go for some vacation type drives and numerous burnouts, but not real racing.

The biggest reasons for boxing a frame to me are:
    It’s a convertible.
Or HUGE torque AND traction, it wants to twist/flex the frame
Frames ARE designed to flex, but with a convertible body (no metal roof) the frame does need reinforcements or the whole structure will flop around like a wet noodle, they do anyway even boxed, but would be near impossible to open a door with the slightest amount of twist.
Solid roof cars, the body structure is more ridgid.
On high torque cars WITH traction (race car) a boxed frame keeps the car’s suspension in check (sorta)
    For a cruiser, I wouldn’t bother.
