I think it'll work, but what about all the hack-off marks? It'll need to be re-chromed. o No: If someone could perfect a way to convert those to non-B-U-I-C-K moldings so they look great, life would be wonderful. There are many more of those than the others with no buick letters.....
That is off a 69 for sure! We just had cut off the Buick letters on my brother Grants 69 convertible and rechromed it. It came out perfect. You can't tell it ever came off a Skylark. His beautiful cortez silver 69 convertible is in here under "Members Rides". It's all GS now!
Winner...! Well I won the auction for $20.00 a lot easier than trying to find one for a GS , my two side trim pieces need re-chroming also so I figured to try this. I will let everyone know how it turns out .:beer :laugh:
