    Guys,

Not sure where to post this question, but need some help. I have a 67 GS400 vert that I am sending to the body shop. The front fenders have the wheel well opening mouldings and at the bottom front the last piece goes from the wheel opening forward covering the remainder of the fender. it is roughly 4 inches high and 6 inches wide. My question is whether this is accurate for a gs400 or whether it was added from a skylark? Let me know as I was getting ready to tell the body guy to remove the piece from each fender, but want to make sure first.

    Thanks,

    Tom

From what I have learned here on this board, that is correct. The 3 piece was used on the early GS 400 cars, and the 2 piece was used on the later GS 400 cars. If I have told you wrong someone will correct me. And of course they could have been swapped on to any build date cars.
