My 70 Stage 1 is now in the hands of Dave Kliener. It will finally get the full resto that a # match car deserves. I want to find a driver 67 GS400 or a 70-72 GS 455. Some rust OK as long it is not a rot box. Must run and drive good.Needing interior OK. Prefer solid roof, buckets. Something around the $10k price. Watching Ebay and Craigslist daily. Have cash and will buy the right car soon(hopefully) PM me with what you have.

I have seen and rode in that car-(it's here in Rochester) Current owner doesn't have a clue-bought it online from a collector car dealer who gave it a quick makeover-it even has mis-matched valve covers!(455 & 430) Way overpriced!

    Mike,

Have you seen this one. I had be keeping it quiet until I get the price of the addition on my house. Maybe it will work. If it does I want to be first inline when you sell it.

That is my old car that was my first GS and was in the Supercar Showdown in 1985. It has many issues such that I don't want it back. Hope to find a similar car that is not from the rust belt and start over. Thanks for searching for me and keep it up!

Still searching and have now started checking out the Turbo board(add 86-87 T Types or Grand Nationals to the hunt).Price limit up to $15,000. It seems people are wanting way too much in today's economy by watching Ebay and other collector car sites- many relists and not sold. Gary has his 70 GS 455 4 speed back at his house , so the shed is empty!

    Mike,

Would you consider a GS350 that only needs the correct 1970 seat covers put on. That is your specialty. Jim Hurt had a beautiful one. No rust. I know it isn't a big block but is really a nice looking car except for the incorrect seat covers.
